let go! breathe!

Lungs don't like fear.

Let go! Breathe!

Manuela

I know, sometimes we forget that we are a MIRACLE and POWERFUL!

Think about this:

Our hearts beat 115,200 times per day.

If you lived to be 80, your heart would have beaten approximately 3,363,840,000 times!

That's over 3 billion heartbeats! What a muscle!

As our lungs expand and release, we breathe in and out about 22,000 times daily.

It's a miracle, yet sometimes we forget.

We get caught up in life's challenges.

When our minds are chained to worry, our worldviews narrow, our bodies tighten, and our lungs will follow. Lungs don't like fear!

Our hearts start racing, fluttering, or pounding as our breath shortens because of too much stress and anxiety.

We tighten into a knot when we want to be right and things don't go our way.

Remember the miracle we are.

Deepen your awareness, and strive for peace in your life. We don't have to win every battle.

Develop your inner resources like mindfulness, self-compassion, and positive emotions. Move your body daily and cultivate your inner power by breathing deeply, so your lungs can do their job!

Here's today's

 🌴  Tiny Island Tip

Do something today

that will make you look and feel happy

when you're an old age.

It doesn't matter your age; you can always invest in tomorrow!

I love Rick Hanson's words; they are part of the foundation of the Tiny Islands Journey:

"When things fall apart around you, you're really left with what you've developed inside you."

Aging comes with challenges. Please remember that tiny actions lead to significant results. Deposit into your inner resources to not feel helpless!

Let go!

Breathe!

See you next week!

Big Love,
